Basic prep

This is a strict plan that includes a protein, starch and veggie NO pizazz. For regular proteins ( chicken or steak) chicken will be $16 a meal and steak(ribeye) and seafood will be $18 a meal. lamb will be $20 .

These meals have a little more flavor and more options to choose from. Regular meals ( chicken & turkey) will be $16 a meal. Seafood &steak( seafood boils, crab cakes ,steak stir fry etc.) will be $18 a meal. snapper, Lamb & Oxtails will be $2

POLICY & PROCEDURE : There is a MINIMUM of five meals for ordering.There will be five meals posted for the vegetarian/ vegan & healthy pizazz option and if you order ten meals there will be two of the same five mealsMeals are 4-5 oz portions if you wish to have larger portions it will be a $2 up charge per meal.The menu will be posted on Wednesday and orders must be placed by Friday 10 pm. You can still place orders anytime after that but there will be an up charge of $2 a meal. I will send out invoices Saturday and they MUST be paid by Sunday 3 pm. If you do not answer my emails or respond in a timely manner and haven’t paid , your meal will not be made. NO REFUNDS! Ask me about pick up!! For delivery it will be $15 every 10 miles.
